Guests and staff health and safety is always our Hotel’s number one priority. The Hotel has implemented in accordance with EU and local government guidelines on the management of Coronavirus appropriate procedures to safeguard its guests and staff health and safety whilst guests are staying at the Hotel. It is, therefore, essential that all guests using the Hotel facilities strictly follow measures and guidance given by the hotel to prevent infection and virus transmission to a maximum.

In this regard, while staying at the Hotel you must respect any and all related healthcare measures (indicatively including physical distancing, hand washing, use of face masks).

You must stay in your room if you experience at any time during your stay at the Hotel minor symptoms such as cough, headache, mild fever, and get in touch with the Hotel’s reception immediately.

Upon departure, you are explicitly requested to immediately notify the Hotel if you develop symptoms associated with COVID-19, or obtain a positive test result for COVID-19, within 14 days following departure.

Policies and Safety measures for COVID-19
Four Seasons Hotel has been adapted to all Safety & Health measures published by Greek Authorities, customizing every process necessary.
Quick check-in / check-out, contactless payments, e-banking transactions, safety distances and use of protective equipment by the employees, just to mention a few of them. All common areas and especially the surfaces that are used/touched most (i.e. elevator buttons, stairs, door handles, etc.) are cleaned very often. Antiseptic gels are in every common area, to be used by visitors or personnel. Hotel suppliers’ also follow the necessary hygiene & safety protocols, by all means (i.e. HACCP procedures). Some processes worth to mention, are:


Check-In / Check-out
The earliest check-in is now from 15:00pm and the latest check-out is up to 11:00am, as more time is needed for the rooms to be cleaned, disinfected afterwards and get ventilated. All key-cards are also disinfected by special UV-lamp sterilizer.


Rooms
All decorative elements/objects have been removed, so any unnecessary interactions with these objects, is reduced to minimum. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with modern and appropriate methods. For accommodations longer than a day, visitors have to ask and permit the maids to clean their room or change bed linen. According to instructions that have been given by Greek Authorities, any interaction with visitors’ personal things must be reduced to minimum. After check-out, all rooms are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated. All rooms have autonomous air-conditioning split units.


Linen
All linen beddings (sheets, towels, covers, pillow cases etc.) are washed at 60 °C or higher temperature, if needed. Unclean and clean linen beddings are separated in distinguished zones. The collection and transportation of used/unclean bed linen, is completed via special and sealed bags.


Breakfast & Restaurant
The type of breakfast is Continental type, for bookings that include it. Breakfast is served either at our restaurant (inside or outside) or can be served in the room, upon request. Hot delicatessens are also prepared upon request and extra charges may apply. Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 11:00 am.

Our “a la cart” restaurant is open from 10:00 am until 23:00 pm, with a variety of delicious choices, served either inside or outside, beside the pool.

Our menus, list and prices, are posted online on our website, accessible from every mobile phone
with internet access, using our free Wi-Fi. That way, browsing through our menus is done from your personal device, without actually touching any physical menus.

All tables and chairs, are cleaned and disinfected (wherever paper tablecloths can’t be used), after customers leave the restaurant. Strict measures of caution and hygiene have been taken as well as minimum safety distances are kept. Our kitchen follows all HACCP procedures, as they have been approved by the Greek Authorities.

Pool
Our pool is cleaned and maintained in accordance with Greek Legislation. Never the less, extra measures have been taken due COVID-19 situation. The safety of our visitors using the pool, is our top priority. Water samples, for the optimum PH levels, are taken every 8 hours and every 4 hours for chlorine levels. The water is also filtered by multiple stages and constantly recycled during the day.
Outside and around the pool, all safety and health measures are kept, like proper distances for the sun-beds and cleaning/disinfection for all objects that can be used by visitors/swimmers. For maximum safety and hygiene, there is a limit for the maximum number of simultaneously swimmers. The lifeguard in duty is watching over the safety of kids or adults.
